Our Story

Conceived in 2016, established in 2018 and officially launched in the summer of 2019, Viticult was born out of the desire for premium plant-based foods. While supermarket cheese substitutes have been available for several years, there are very few options available to those who crave a gourmet, artisanal cheese comparable to those found in boutique grocers or fromageries.

Using traditional cheesemaking cultures and techniques, our cheeses taste authentic because they're made the way cheese should be made.


There are many reasons why people may opt for plant-based, and for all of those reasons we are proud to create products that provide authentic taste experiences.
